Controlled Substances prescription records among others listed below are available upon request. In order to request the records, please, submit a request via email to cs@nd-soft.com.

Records that can be exported include but are not limited to controlled substance prescriptions, audit log, and incident report.

Records will be provided via secure email in a comma separated value (CSV) text file that can be read with any text editor or opened in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet.
