The ClinicalVault Message Center allows the user of NeoMed to send and receive safe encrypted messages through ClinicalVault .

Message Center's ribbon buttons

  • Message Center Tab - Includes the most important buttons to manage messages.
    • Inbox Group 
      • Received - Show all message received by the logged CV user.
      • Sent - Show all messages sent by logged CV user.
      • Deleted - Show all message deleted by the user.
      • Send / Receive - Refresh content of all inboxes.
    • Selected Items Group - Contains all buttons to manage checked messages.
      • Delete - Move checked items to the Deleted inbox.
      • Mark As Read - Mark checked messages as read by the user.
      • Mark As Unread - Mark checked messages as unread by the user.
    • Message Group - All operations related to a specific message and its content.
      • New Message - Create new CV message.
      • New Direct Message - Create new safe email.
      • Reply - Reply current message.
      • Print - Print current message.
  • Attachment Tab - This tab is available only when an attachment in message is selected.
    • Actions Group
      • Import - Import into a patient.
      • Save As - Save attachment as file.
